How Futsal develops athletic skills and mental wellness

The priority of Futsal is to motivate players in an environment that is conducive to learning healthy lifestyles through sport. The more pleasure kids derive from their participation, the more they wish to play and practice on their own.

Futsal promotes the foundation for players to adapt to instinctive and natural ball skills, and increases their affection and appreciation for soccer.

Futsal benefits:

  • Allows players to frequently touch the ball, be involved, and have fun
  • Presents many opportunities for every player to score goals
  • Encourages players to quickly regain possession of the ball, while being productive, in having fun and staying focused
  • Maximizes active participation and is inclusive
  • Provides a well-organized playing environment
  • Can be played on various field surfaces ranging from outside hard courts to indoor gymnasiums
  • Compliments global player development initiatives, as such by FIFA
  • Easy to understand rules for players to quickly learn and enjoy the sport
  • Active coaches promote leadership and teamwork in a safe environment
  • Great for fitness and health
