Player Card Only-No Additional Charge for Internal Gaming
Internal Gaming Circuits may include outside players from unregistered clubs. This includes rec leagues, academies and training programs.
Club may designate one champion per age for each Season or Event - Fall/Winter, Spring, Summer.
Playoffs will be played Regionally. All Regional playoff winners will compete for overall State Championship. Finalists from each event may qualify as wildcards if needed.
Ability to create your own Futsal Club Program

Operate your own event involving players or teams from other member clubs and organizations
